ONE OF MY ON GOING EMAIL BATTLES WITH GOOGLE WHILE TRYING TO COMPLETE ONE OF THEIR AI CERTIFICATIONS. I HAVE RECEIVED ZERO HELP AND CURRENTLY CANT COMPLETE MY CERTIFICATION. THIS IS ONE EMAIL OF MANY DESCRIBING ONLY ONE OF THE ISSUES IM CURRENTLY DEALING WITH. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN THINKING ABOUT ANY OF THEIR CERTIFICATIONS PROGRAMS. Why should I have to pay for an upgrade? When I signed up for the Google course I received 3 FREE months of goggle AI pro. Why should I have to pay for an upgrade if I have a free trial of that SPECIFICALLY for the course. It's explicitly stated the free trial is for completion of the course and to use and build after the course. Also, does Google not think it's RELEVANT information to put out to its users that " IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT YOU CANT RECEIVE THE 3 MONTH TRIAL" At least that's what you told me a couple emails ago. "Because I currently have a Google storage account I can't have another account for the trial". The story keeps changing and the end result is the same I can't complete the course because of issues on Google's end. Along with Google continuing to tell me to tell me TO BUY AND UPGRADE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE WHEN I SUPPOSEDLY WAS GIVEN A 3 MONTH TRAIL OF GOOGLE AI PRO TO USE FOR THIS COURSE. so now I'm stuck and can't move forward with my certification. What am I supposed to do? -STUDENT

Totally disappointed with Google's decision to drop Google assistant and force Gemini AI down our throats. A few months ago my phone switched to Gemini and the interface with my vehicle was totally unusable. The conversation voice is ridiculous. I don't need emotion from AI. I need my interface to work. Stop getting cute Google. Be efficient instead.

If youre going to force me to use only your apps. The least you could do is ensure your app is better then my preferred apps and make it where I can keep my customizations. I had them for a realise. Your apps aren't better. And now have to deal with my old issues that I had fixed with my preferred apps. Stop being greedy and go back to being good. Not even your actual search engine is good anymore. The AI isnt actual ai and all it does is lie to you make things harder to look up. But you force it to where you have to be the one used. Its annoying. Your company was created to help people, but seems yall lost sight of that within a decade of making money and getting popular. Now your lost and getting worse.

I’m very upset with Google at this time. I’ve had a specific email for almost 20 yrs now and because I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS IT FOR AWHILE they are threatening to delete my account. The phone number for recovery is not a number I have anymore. And none of the options include using my recovery email(which I still access and use regularly). It’s a god damn joke. I’m swearing off Google and android all together. I’m gonna delete all my gmails soon. I’m so upset, that old acct meant everything to me and Google is doing EVERYTHING it can not to let me into it. GOOGLE IS NO LONGER USER FRIWNDLY. THEY HAVE REPLACED THEIR HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AI CRAP THAT CANT EVEN HELP YOU!!! BE BETTER GOOGLE!!!!!!
